Shipping Information: We ship all orders from our centrally located U.S. distribution center for quick delivery. Standard shipping times range from approximately 2–5 business days within the continental United States. Once an order is placed, we are typically unable to modify or cancel it, so please double-check your shipping address and order details before finalizing your purchase. Return Policy: At Verona Morris, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may return products within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, no questions asked. We even offer free return shipping for customers within the contiguous United States to make the process hassle-free. To initiate a return, simply contact our Customer Experience team by email or visit our Returns Center portal on our website. Please ensure items are returned in their original packaging. Note that final sale or clearance items are not eligible for return, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, please allow 5–10 business days for us to process the refund. Refunds will be credited to your original form of payment, and you will receive an email confirmation when your return has been processed and your account credited. If you requested an exchange or replacement, we will ship the new item as soon as the original is received and processed.

Extended Holiday Returns: To accommodate holiday gifting, we offer an extended return window for orders placed during the holiday season. Any purchase made after November 24th can be returned up until January 4th (or 30 days from delivery, whichever is later) to ensure worry-free gift shopping. During this period, you can shop with confidence knowing gifts can be exchanged or refunded after the holidays if needed.

International Shipping & Duties: We currently ship to select international destinations. Please be aware that import taxes, customs duties, and fees may apply to international orders and are the responsibility of the customer. The order total and shipping costs at checkout do not include these potential fees. Customs policies vary, so we recommend checking with your local customs office for details. In rare cases, customs processing may delay delivery. If fees are not paid and the package is returned to us, we will issue a refund for the product (shipping charges cannot be refunded in such cases).
